In the running for the Champion Cheese, we have 32 magnificent competitors, all generally well-known and loved; they cover the range of purposely cultured dairy experiences, from the mild to the sharp, runny to hard, fresh to moldy, sweet to sharp to stinky! I’ve purposely diversified the conferences, so you will find something to love in each.
